LAUNCH TO RESTORE IN 2024
Yes, my friends!! Join me on January 22 for the beginning of my 12 week LAUNCH TO RESTORE in 2024 Session. This is based on 12 Psalms from the bible to connect your faith, to your health, to your peace…all for the benefit of your entire person in your brain, body and beliefs.
No matter what your goal in 2024 is, this will be great. Are you read for restoration in relationships, in mental clarity, in house organization, in health, in parenting, in finances, in mood, in blood sugar regulation? Are you ready to tackle the struggle of apathy, of no ambition, of negativity, of anxiety, of gut discomfort, of poor sleep of oppression and self-contempt?
No matter what area you seek to improve. This 12 week session will be an encouragement. You will be heard, seen, understand and accepted so that you are able to launch into the mindset that enables you to do what God made you to do…to do His will and to once again rejoice.
